WONDERBUILDS SA VB 600 is a high-performance, self-adhesive vapour control layer (VCL) designed to protect warm roof systems from moisture build-up. Made from reinforced SBS-modified bitumen, it’s flexible, durable, and perfect for areas with high humidity or temperature fluctuations—such as swimming pools, gyms, factories, and commercial spaces. Its top layer is faced with reflective aluminium foil for enhanced thermal performance and durability, while the underside features an easy-to-remove siliconised film, making application quick and straightforward without the need for flames or torches. VB 600 is suitable for a variety of deck types, including profiled metal sheets and plywood, and offers excellent resistance to mechanical damage during installation. It stays flexible in cold conditions (down to -25°C), making it suitable for year-round use. To ensure a fully bonded, effective vapour barrier, it must be used with WonderBuilds SA Primer, which creates a secure bond to all approved substrates and detailing areas.
