What Happens Next

Once you’ve submitted your trade application, our team will carefully review your details within 24–48 hours.

If everything looks good, you’ll receive an approval email confirming your trade access and tier level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).

If we need more information or your application doesn’t meet our criteria, we’ll email you with the next steps or a reason for the decline.

Your tier is determined by your total lifetime spend — the more you order, the greater your discount.

    *Min. spent £2,500 within the last 12 months.

How long does approval take?

Applications are usually reviewed within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive an email once your account is approved or if we need more information.

Can I register without a VAT number?

Yes. VAT is optional. Simply provide it if your business has one.

How do I know my discount tier?

Once approved, your account will be assigned a tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum — based on your lifetime spend. Each tier unlocks higher discounts from 2 % up to 5 %. As standard, all new registrations will have assigned the Bronze tier.

Can I order before approval?

You can browse and place orders on the website, but trade pricing and discounts become visible only after your account is approved.

What if my application is declined?

We’ll email you with the reason and, if possible, next steps for re-applying once the required details are complete.
