JJ Building Materials is a fast-growing online building supplies business. We’re looking for a confident, organised individual to support our e-commerce sales and customer service team.
The Role
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and live chat
- Assist with online orders, quotes, and product questions
- Process orders and resolve delivery or aftersales issues
- Support online sales and upsell where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Confident with computers and online systems
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Building materials knowledge is a bonus, not essential
