SikaSeal Construction Silicone Ultra is a high-performance, professional-grade silicone sealant designed for demanding construction, glazing, and weatherproofing applications. It delivers exceptional flexibility, strong adhesion, and long-term durability, making it ideal for both internal and external use.
Usage
SikaSeal Construction Silicone Ultra is suitable for expansion joints in stone, brick, concrete, and composite panels. It is commonly used for perimeter pointing around all types of window and door frames and for sealing and bonding PVCu trims, plastic components, and profiles.
The sealant can be used for bedding insulated glass units in accordance with BS8000 Part 7, as well as for construction and dilation joints where stress is not applied until the sealant is fully cured. Additional applications include weather and joint sealing to pre-formed panels, sealing soft metals such as lead, copper, and zinc, general glazing sealing and draughtproofing (including repairs over existing sealant), glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium sealing, and parapet and roof weather sealing.

It has high resistance to plasticiser migration, meaning it can be applied over both water-based and solvent-based paints. The sealant also delivers excellent external weathering performance and is suitable for use on polycarbonate.
