SikaSeal Construction Silicone + is a high-performance, fast-curing silicone sealant designed for demanding construction, glazing, and weatherproofing applications. It delivers a durable, flexible seal with excellent resistance to moisture and environmental exposure, making it suitable for both internal and external use.

Usage

SikaSeal Construction Silicone + is ideal for general construction joints, glazing, perimeter pointing, and weather sealing. It is commonly used for sealing and perimeter pointing around PVCu, aluminium, and timber window and door frames. The sealant is also suitable for weather sealing pre-formed panels and formwork, glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium sealing, and sealing around PVCu profiles, trims, and cladding. Additional applications include cap glazing, remedial glazing work, and general draughtproofing.

Advantages

This silicone sealant cures faster than conventional low modulus sealants, helping to speed up installation while maintaining a clean, professional finish. It has low dirt pick-up and contains a powerful anti-fungal compound to help prevent mould growth within the sealant. SikaSeal Construction Silicone + remains flexible after curing, accommodating movement of ±20%, and forms a fully waterproof seal suitable for long-term exposure to the elements.
