This sealant is suitable for both internal and external applications around timber and metal window and door frames. It can also be used internally around PVCu window and door frames, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of installation and maintenance tasks.
In addition, Sika EVERBUILD External Frame Sealant is ideal for sealing cracks and gaps in brickwork, stone, and concrete, helping to improve weather resistance and overall finish.

Sika EVERBUILD External Frame Sealant remains permanently flexible, allowing it to accommodate natural movement without cracking or splitting. It adheres well to most common building materials and is mould resistant, making it suitable for long-term use in exposed areas.
The sealant is overpaintable once cured and offers easy clean-up during application. It performs reliably in application temperatures ranging from +4°C to +40°C and has excellent slump resistance, with no slump at 25°C when placed in a 20mm x 10mm vertical channel.
