A single glazed door fitted with a traditional gate latch provides easy access, while the roof vent includes a Bayliss automatic window opener. This automatically opens and closes the vent depending on the internal temperature, helping to maintain ideal growing conditions without the need for manual adjustment.
The greenhouse sits on a pressure-treated base rail for added durability. Please note that, as with most traditional greenhouses, no floor, shelving, or staging is included, allowing you to customise the interior to suit your gardening needs.
Integrated Timber Storage Shed
Attached to the greenhouse is a practical timber shed, providing valuable storage space for compost, pots, hand tools, watering cans, and other gardening essentials. The shed is constructed using premium 12mm shiplap tongue and groove cladding over a strong 34mm square timber frame, which contains significantly more timber than many standard garden sheds for improved strength and rigidity.
The tongue and groove roof and floor provide additional durability, while the single timber door is fitted with a pad bolt, allowing you to secure the shed using your own padlock. The timber is supplied with a dipped basecoat preservative treatment and is ready for your preferred exterior wood paint or stain after installation.
Installation Information
The Holkham Greenhouse with Shed is supplied with roof felt for the shed section, a complete fixing kit, and detailed assembly instructions. For the best results, the building should be installed on a solid, flat, and level base capable of supporting the entire structure.
