Luvanto TimberTech Neo Silver Underlay - 1000 x 10000 x 3mm

Create a quieter and more comfortable space with the Luvanto TimberTech Neo Silver Underlay. Designed to provide excellent impact sound insulation, it helps reduce noise from everyday movement and footsteps travelling through the floor. This makes it a practical choice when you want to improve the acoustic comfort of your room.

Protection Against Rising Moisture

TimberTech Neo features a silver vapour barrier film that helps prevent moisture from rising through the subfloor. This provides an additional layer of protection for your flooring and helps guard against damp reaching the floor covering above.

A More Sustainable Choice

TimberTech Neo has been made with rubber sourced from recycled car tyres, giving old materials a new purpose and helping to reduce the amount of tyre waste sent to landfill. It's a practical option for those looking for flooring products that make better use of recycled materials.

Comfortable and Protective Flooring Support

Combining acoustic insulation with moisture protection, TimberTech Neo provides a useful layer beneath your flooring. Its 3mm thickness gives your floor a supportive base while helping to create a quieter and more comfortable environment.

Roof Tiles & Fittings:

We recommend ordering an additional 10% of roof tiles to allow for any breakages that may occur during delivery or handling. Roof tiles are naturally fragile, and having a few extra on site helps prevent delays and ensures your roofing project can be completed without interruption.

If you're ordering multiple products from the same supplier, your order will be dispatched together once all items are ready. This means the longest lead time will apply.

If you need part of your order sooner, please call us on 01202 113233. We can arrange a split delivery, although an additional shipping charge will apply.
