Luvanto Click Plus is a practical rigid SPC flooring solution designed to make installation quicker, cleaner and more straightforward. Each 180 x 1220mm plank combines a stable SPC core with a realistic embossed woodgrain finish, micro-bevelled edges and a 1mm IXPE acoustic underlay already attached to the back. This means there is no need for separate underlay or adhesive, helping to simplify the fitting process.

Choice of Wood Effect Finishes

With 28 attractive finishes available, this collection offers plenty of options for creating the look you want. The range includes light and airy shades such as Arctic Maple, White Oak and Bleached Larch, alongside warmer natural tones including Country Oak, Harvest Oak, Natural Oak, Pearl Oak and Cognac Oak. For a more weathered or characterful appearance, options such as Reclaimed Oak, Distressed Olive Wood, Sun Bleached Spruce and Desert Driftwood provide added visual interest.

The collection also includes deeper and more dramatic shades such as Ebony, Black Ash, Smoked Charcoal and Midnight Ash, as well as versatile neutral tones including Oxford Grey and Washed Grey Oak. Durable and Comfortable Flooring

At 5mm thick overall, each plank features a rigid SPC core containing 50% stone content for added stability. The 0.55mm wear layer and PU surface finish provide a durable surface suitable for busy areas, while the embossed woodgrain and micro-bevelled edges help create a more authentic timber-inspired appearance.

The integrated 1mm IXPE underlay also provides a 21dB impact sound reduction, helping to make the flooring more comfortable in everyday use. Click Plus is 100% waterproof, has an R10 slip rating and achieves a Bfl-s1 fire rating. It is suitable for heavy domestic Class 23 and heavy commercial Class 34 applications, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of interiors.

Quick Floating Click Installation

Luvanto Click Plus is designed to float without glue or additional underlay. The attached IXPE backing is already integrated into each plank, helping reduce the number of installation stages. The long sides are angled into the click joint, while the short ends are secured using the drop-lock system with a gentle tap from a rubber mallet. Once installed, the floor can be walked on straight away.

Before fitting, make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat to within 3mm over a 2m span, with moisture below 75% RH. The flooring should be acclimatised flat in the room for 48 hours at a temperature between 18 and 21°C. Allow a 5mm expansion gap around walls and fitted units, increasing this to a 10mm expansion joint on runs longer than 8m and across doorways.

For a professional-looking finish, end joints should be staggered by at least one third of a plank. Expansion gaps can be covered using matching Luvanto Finishing Strips or Scotia beading rather than filler.

Suitable for Underfloor Heating

This flooring can be used with underfloor heating systems up to a maximum surface temperature of 27°C. Its rigid construction and integrated acoustic underlay make it a practical option where comfort, durability and straightforward installation are important considerations.
