Luvanto Luvanto Universal Adhesive for LVT Flooring
Luvanto Luvanto Universal Adhesive for LVT Flooring is a versatile, fully hybrid adhesive designed for use with Luvanto dryback LVT flooring. It provides a reliable solution for a wide range of installation requirements and can be used either as a wet-set adhesive or as a pressure-sensitive adhesive, making it suitable for both standard installations and more demanding areas.
The adhesive is suitable for use over underfloor heating and in areas exposed to direct sunlight. It can also be used to bond acoustic underlays directly to the subfloor, helping make it a practical choice for different flooring projects.
Available Sizes
Luvanto Luvanto Universal Adhesive for LVT Flooring is available in two sizes: 5kg and 10kg. The 5kg tub covers approximately 18 to 22m², while the 10kg tub covers approximately 36 to 44m² when applied using an A2 notched trowel. This gives you the flexibility to choose a suitable quantity based on the size of your flooring project.
Strong and Reliable Bond
Designed with professional flooring installation in mind, the adhesive offers strong initial grab while providing a long working time, giving fitters enough time to position the flooring correctly. Once cured, it forms a strong and durable bond suitable for areas that experience heavy foot traffic and castor-wheel traffic.
Luvanto states that pull-off testing has shown the smoothing compound can fail before the adhesive bond itself, demonstrating the strength of the adhesive when used as part of a suitable flooring system.
Suitable for Underfloor Heating and Sunlight
This universal adhesive can maintain its bond up to a structural surface temperature of 50°C. It is therefore suitable for installations where the flooring is used over underfloor heating, as well as areas that receive direct sunlight, provided the overall installation is carried out in accordance with the relevant flooring requirements.
Low Emission and Comfortable to Use
For a more comfortable installation, the adhesive is solvent-free and odourless. It is also EC1+ rated for very low VOC emissions, making it a suitable choice for projects where low-emission flooring installation products are preferred.
Using Luvanto adhesive is also one of the conditions of the Luvanto Design warranty, making it an important consideration when installing compatible Luvanto Design dryback LVT flooring.
