Designed For FD60 Fire Doors

These fire-rated door linings are suitable for use with FD60 fire doors and are designed to provide up to 60 minutes of fire resistance when installed correctly as part of a compliant fire door system. Each lining is trenched with two 15 x 4mm grooves for fitting intumescent strips, helping to improve fire and smoke sealing performance around the door. The lining is also supplied with a loose stop for easier installation and adjustment on site.

Manufactured with a solid engineered hardwood core, these door linings offer excellent durability, strength, and long-term stability. Their unfinished surface allows them to be customised with paint, stain, or varnish to suit your interior finish and fire door design.
