FD30 Fire-Rated Construction

Designed with a solid engineered core, this internal fire door offers strength, stability and durability for everyday use. The selected 44mm-thick versions are rated for 30 minutes of fire resistance, making them suitable for applications where FD30-rated doors are required, subject to correct installation and compatible fire-rated components. The 44mm FD30 doors feature 15mm lipping along the long edge and allow up to 2mm of trimming from both the short and long edges. Always ensure installation and any trimming are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements to maintain the fire performance of the door.

All three available Excel variants feature the same unfinished Oak finish, solid engineered core and 30-minute fire rating, with the width being the main size difference.
