The door can also be trimmed to provide flexibility during installation. The standard 35mm versions have 20mm lipping along the long edge and allow up to 8mm of trimming from both the short and long edges.

The Pattern 10 One Panel is available in five 35mm-thick sizes, giving you flexibility when choosing the right fit for your doorway:

1981 x 686 x 35mm / 27" x 35" – Code OP101P27 – 25kg

1981 x 762 x 35mm / 30" x 35" – Code OP101P30 – 27kg

2032 x 813 x 35mm / 32" x 35" – Code OP101P32 – 29kg

1981 x 838 x 35mm / 33" x 35" – Code OP101P33 – 28kg

All five Excel-listed variants have an unfinished Oak finish and solid engineered core, with a 35mm thickness.

FD30 Fire-Rated Options

For applications where additional fire protection is required, the Pattern 10 One Panel is also available in selected 44mm-thick versions with a 30-minute FD30 fire rating. These options are available in 686mm, 762mm and 838mm widths. The 44mm FD30 variants feature 15mm lipping along the long edge and allow up to 2mm of trimming from both the short and long edges. Available options include 1981 x 686 x 44mm, 1981 x 762 x 44mm and 1981 x 838 x 44mm.

The unfinished Oak surface gives you the freedom to create a finish that suits your home. Paint, stain or finish the door to complement your existing décor and create a cohesive look throughout your property.
