Product Features and Benefits

The JB Kind Universal White Primed Door Lining Set is designed to make door installation more flexible and straightforward. Its engineered hardwood construction offers reliable stability, while the white primed surface provides a convenient base for your chosen paint finish. With two depth options available, you can select the lining that best suits your wall thickness. A fire door lining option is also available for projects where a suitable fire-rated installation is required.

Available Sizes and Variants

The JB Kind Universal White Primed Door Lining Set is available in the following sizes: 108 x 27.5mm – a suitable option for walls requiring a shallower lining depth. 133 x 27.5mm – an alternative depth option for different wall thicknesses. Both variants feature an engineered hardwood construction and a white primed finish, ready for painting. Choose the appropriate size based on your wall thickness and installation requirements.

Installation and Finishing

Before installation, measure your doorway carefully to ensure the lining can be cut to the required dimensions. The universal design accommodates door heights up to 2040mm and widths up to 980mm, with the lining cut to suit the specific opening where necessary. The included loose stops allow for accurate positioning during fitting. Once installed, the white primed surface can be painted to match your chosen interior style. Always ensure the lining is compatible with the door being fitted, particularly when using a fire door.

Roof Tiles & Fittings:

We recommend ordering an additional 10% of roof tiles to allow for any breakages that may occur during delivery or handling. Roof tiles are naturally fragile, and having a few extra on site helps prevent delays and ensures your roofing project can be completed without interruption.
