JB Kind Palomino Oak Internal Fire Door

The JB Kind Palomino Oak Internal Fire Door combines contemporary styling with FD30 fire-rated performance. Featuring an attractive American white oak veneer and a distinctive seven-panel grooved design, it brings natural warmth and modern character to your interior. Its solid construction provides a substantial feel, making it a stylish and practical option for suitable fire-door applications in residential and other internal spaces.

Contemporary Oak Veneer Design

This door showcases the natural appearance of American white oak veneer, enhanced by decorative grooves that create a defined seven-panel effect. The combination of real oak detailing and clean, contemporary lines makes it suitable for a variety of interior styles. Supplied unfinished, it allows you to choose a suitable finish that complements your existing décor and highlights the natural character of the wood.

FD30 Fire-Rated Performance

The JB Kind Palomino Oak Internal Fire Door is rated FD30, meaning it is designed to provide up to 30 minutes of fire resistance when correctly specified and installed as part of a suitable fire door assembly. To achieve the intended performance, the door must be used with compatible components, including the appropriate frame, seals, hinges and ironmongery, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable requirements.

Solid Construction

With its solid construction, this 44mm fire door offers a sturdy, substantial feel alongside its decorative oak finish. It is supplied without glass, making it a suitable option where a fully panelled fire door is required. Always check the door's specification and installation requirements to ensure it is suitable for your intended application.

Unfinished Surface and Trimming Allowance

The door is supplied unfinished, giving you the flexibility to apply a suitable door oil, varnish or other compatible finish. The manufacturer specifies a trimming allowance of up to 5mm from each side. Before making any adjustments, check the manufacturer's instructions carefully, as excessive trimming or unsuitable finishing products could affect the door's fire performance.

Matching Designs and Other Options

The Palomino range also includes a standard 35mm internal door and a one-light clear glazed design. Glazed fire door options are available on a lead time. These alternatives can help you maintain a coordinated appearance throughout your property while selecting the appropriate door specification for each opening. Confirm availability and lead times with the supplier before ordering.
