Fire and Performance Tested
This 60mm DIN nightlatch is CE 2812 and Certifire approved (CF10208) and has been performance tested to BS EN 12209. It has also been tested to 200,000 cycles at 120Nm, making it suitable for installations where long-term reliability is important.
The nightlatch has been fire tested to BS EN 1634, achieving FD30, FD60, FD90 and FD120 ratings in timber doors and FD240 in steel doors. Intumescent protection must be used with the product for fire door compliance.
Durable Construction and Practical Operation
The lock features 304 stainless steel components, including the forend, latch, deadbolt, follower and strike plate. It has a 60mm backset, 22mm forend and a 3mm thick one-piece forend for a strong and neat installation.
A 12mm latch provides reliable engagement, while the half-set handle operation offers a practical solution for compatible door configurations. An anti-rattle strike plate is also available separately.
