Fire and Performance Tested
This 60mm sashlock is CE 2812 and Certifire approved (CF10208) and has been performance tested to BS EN 12209. It has also been tested to 200,000 cycles at 120Nm, making it suitable for applications where dependable, long-term operation is important.
For fire door applications, the lock has been tested to BS EN 1634, achieving fire ratings of FD30, FD60, FD90 and FD120 minutes in timber doors, and FD240 minutes in steel doors. Intumescent protection must be used with the product to maintain fire door compliance.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
The lock features 304 stainless steel for the forend, latch bolt, deadbolt, follower and strike plate, providing a robust construction for architectural and commercial installations. The 60mm backset and 22mm forend make it suitable for compatible Euro profile door configurations.
The one-piece forend is 3mm thick, while the lock incorporates a 12mm latch and 20mm double-throw deadbolt for secure door operation.
