Fire and Performance Tested

This 60mm DIN Euro sashlock is CE 2812 and Certifire approved (CF10208) and has been performance tested to BS EN 12209. It has also been tested to 200,000 cycles at 120Nm, making it suitable for demanding applications. The sashlock has been fire tested to BS EN 1634, achieving FD30, FD60, FD90 and FD120 ratings in timber doors and FD240 in steel doors. Intumescent protection must be used with the product for fire door compliance.

Durable Stainless Steel Construction

The lock features 304 stainless steel components, including the forend, latch bolt, deadbolt, follower and strike plate. It has a 60mm backset, 22mm forend and a 3mm thick one-piece forend, providing a strong and neat installation. The sashlock incorporates a 12mm latch and 20mm double-throw deadbolt, offering reliable door operation and secure locking engagement.
