The insulated wall panels feature 75mm polystyrene insulation sandwiched between two sheets of oriented strand board (OSB), creating a total finished wall thickness of 177mm once internal and external cladding are installed. The roof incorporates 100mm of insulation within a 122mm thick SIP panel, while the insulated floor helps maintain a comfortable internal temperature throughout the year. This highly insulated construction keeps the interior warm during winter and cooler in summer, helping reduce energy consumption. Combined with premium double glazing, the building is capable of achieving an Energy Performance Rating (EPC) of Category B when used alongside a suitable photovoltaic solar panel.

Premium Interior & Exterior Finish

Externally, the building is finished with premium 15mm tongue and groove timber cladding, supplied as pre-cut panels to simplify installation.
