Forest Green Ultima Fence Post

Forest Green Ultima Fence Post

Forest Green Ultima Fence Post is suited to outdoor projects where a dependable boundary is needed, with strong structural support and a natural green treatment adding to its appeal. As a robust fence, it can help define gardens, paths and landscaped areas. It is therefore a practical consideration for anyone comparing fencing for gardens across different styles and requirements.

The Forest Green Ultima Fence Post is a premium-quality timber post designed to add both strength and style to your garden fencing. While it is suitable for supporting a wide range of fence panels, it has been specifically designed to perfectly complement the Forest Europa and Forest Kyoto decorative fencing ranges, creating a sleek and contemporary finish. Manufactured from PEFC certified timber sourced from sustainably managed forests, the post features a smooth-planed finish with a natural green-treated timber colour that enhances the overall appearance of your fence while providing long-lasting durability.

Premium Finish with Built-In Protection

Unlike standard fence posts, the Forest Green Ultima Fence Post features a smooth-planed surface and an elegant decorative domed top. The domed design is more than just attractive-it helps prevent standing water from collecting on the top of the post, reducing the risk of moisture damage over time. Because the decorative top is built into the post, there is no need to purchase a separate post cap or finial, giving your fencing a clean, finished appearance while saving time during installation.

Pressure Treated for Long-Lasting Performance

Each Ultima Fence Post is pressure treated to provide excellent protection against rot and fungal decay, making it ideal for year-round outdoor use. Backed by a 15 Year Anti-Rot Guarantee, these posts are built to deliver reliable performance with minimal maintenance. Suitable for use with a variety of timber fence panels, they provide a secure and attractive solution for everything from decorative garden boundaries to more traditional fencing projects. For maximum stability, it is recommended that approximately 2ft (600mm) of the post is set into the ground during installation.

FAQs

What is the benefit of the domed top?

The integrated domed top helps rainwater run off instead of pooling on the post. This reduces the risk of moisture damage while also providing a decorative finish, so there is no need to buy a separate post cap or finial.

Which fence panels are these posts best suited for?

These posts are designed to perfectly complement the Forest Europa and Forest Kyoto decorative fencing ranges, but they are also suitable for many other timber fence panels and garden fencing styles.

Do the posts require additional treatment?

No. The posts are supplied pressure treated and ready for installation. They are protected by a 15 Year Anti-Rot Guarantee, although you can apply a timber stain or wood treatment later if you wish to refresh the appearance over time.
