Smart Electric Control

This window is fully electrically controlled, complete with an actuator and automatic rain sensor, and is equipped with the Z-Wave electrical system, a wireless radio protocol. The moment rain is detected, the window closes automatically to protect your home, and every window comes with a remote control and wall bracket attachment included as standard. It's ready to wire directly into a 230V power supply or a standard 13amp plug for straightforward installation.

Security and Ventilation

Safety and security are built in as standard thanks to the topSafe system, which combines reinforced hinges, a secure keep and a steel slat to the lower sash, achieving at least Class III safety under EN13049 standards. Manual ventilation (V35) helps reduce the effect of wind gusting for consistent, comfortable airflow, while the ergonomically designed handle at the bottom offers two micro-opening positions for added convenience.
