A peripheral seal helps keep the ladder aperture airtight, reducing unwanted draughts around the hatch when it is closed. The hatch has a thickness of 3.6cm and the ladder has been tested to EN14975 standards. With a 160kg load capacity, it is designed to provide dependable everyday access to loft spaces.
