EVERBUILD EVERFLEX 700T Silicone

EVERBUILD® EVERFLEX® 700T Silicone is a high-performance, multi-purpose silicone sealant designed for both internal and external building applications. It delivers strong adhesion, reliable weather resistance, and a clean finish, making it a popular choice for window, glazing, and general construction work.

Usage

EVERFLEX® 700T is commonly used for perimeter pointing around PVCu, timber, and other window frames, both internally and externally. It can also be used for sealing and bonding PVCu trims, plastic components, and expansion joints where flexibility is required. The sealant is suitable for weather sealing and joint sealing to pre-formed panels, sealing soft metals such as lead, copper, and zinc, and for general draughtproofing. It is also ideal for parapet and roof weather sealing applications.

Advantages

This silicone sealant offers excellent adhesion to most common construction materials, including glass, metals, plastics, and wood. Its low dirt pick-up makes it particularly suitable for PVCu installations, helping to maintain a neat appearance over time. EVERFLEX® 700T provides good external weathering performance and is suitable for use on polycarbonate. It can be applied in temperatures between +5°C and +40°C and delivers an elongation at break of greater than 200% in accordance with ISO 8339, allowing it to accommodate movement without failure.
