EVERBUILD EVERFLEX 500 Bath & Sanitary Silicone

EVERBUILD® EVERFLEX® 500 Bath & Sanitary Silicone is a premium silicone sealant designed for internal sealing in areas exposed to high humidity and condensation. It provides a clean, long-lasting finish that remains bright over time, even in damp environments such as bathrooms and kitchens.

Usage

EVERFLEX® 500 is ideal for sealing around baths, showers, basins, and other sanitaryware, creating a reliable waterproof barrier. It can also be used for sealing around worktops and laminates, as well as cap sealing to metal, timber, and PVCu window frames. In addition, the sealant can be used as an adhesive for fixing PVCu trims and panels and is suitable for general weatherproofing applications where a flexible, durable seal is required.

Advantages

This bath and sanitary silicone will not discolour with age, even in humid or damp conditions. It remains permanently flexible, allowing it to accommodate movement without cracking or loss of adhesion. EVERFLEX® 500 cures quickly, resulting in low dirt pick-up, and provides a fully waterproof seal once cured. It is certified under the harmonised European standard EN 15651 for façade, glazing, cold climate, and sanitary applications in compliance with the Construction Product Regulation. The sealant has a shrinkage of ?10% (ISO 7390), can be applied between +5°C and +30°C, and delivers a stress value of 0.3 MPa at 100% elongation (DIN 53504).
