EVERBUILD® EVERFLEX® 225 Industrial Glazing Silicone is a high-performance sealant designed for glazing, industrial, and hygiene-sensitive applications. It provides a durable, waterproof seal with excellent flexibility, making it suitable for both internal and external use across a wide range of materials.
Usage
EVERFLEX® 225 is ideal for sealing glass-to-glass joints, as well as glass-to-aluminium and other metal surfaces. It is commonly used for butt and channel glazing and for cap glazing to metal, timber, and uPVC window frames.
The sealant can also be used as an adhesive for fixing uPVC trims and cladding, sealing around worktops and laminated panels, and for aluminium gutter sealing. In addition, it is suitable for industrial applications such as gasket sealing and for refrigeration and hygiene sealing where a clean, watertight finish is required.

This silicone sealant remains permanently flexible, allowing it to accommodate movement without cracking or failure. It cures quickly, resulting in low dirt pick-up and a cleaner finish over time.
EVERFLEX® 225 provides a fully waterproof seal and is temperature resistant up to 200°C, making it suitable for demanding environments. It has a shrinkage of less than 10% (ISO 10563), can be applied in temperatures between +5°C and +30°C, and delivers a stress value of 0.3 MPa at 100% elongation (DIN 53504).
