Its anti-fungal formulation and quick-curing properties make it particularly suitable for areas exposed to moisture and regular movement.
Usage
EVERFLEX 200 LMA Silicone is ideal for sealing aluminium and other metal surfaces, including aluminium guttering. It is also commonly used for sealing around baths, showers, basins, and other sanitary ware where a clean, watertight finish is essential.
The sealant can be used as an adhesive for fixing PVCu trims, cladding, and panels, as well as for sealing around worktops, laminates, door frames, and general pointing. It is also suitable for general draughtproofing applications.
Advantages
This silicone remains permanently flexible, allowing it to accommodate movement without cracking or loss of adhesion. It features an anti-fungal formula to help resist mould growth and a quick-curing composition that results in low dirt pick-up once cured.
The low-viscosity formulation allows for fast, smooth application. It can be applied in temperatures between +5°C and +40°C and is suitable for joint widths from 4mm to 25mm, with a maximum joint depth of 50% of the joint width.
