EVERBUILD 507 Rendagrip

Everbuild 507 Rendagrip is used as a bonding agent for render applied to concrete, brickwork, blockwork, and similar surfaces. It is particularly effective at improving adhesion to smooth or low-suction substrates where traditional render bonding can be difficult. It also helps reduce suction on porous surfaces, ensuring a more consistent render finish. The product can be applied in a single coat and allowed to dry before rendering, and it can be applied to damp surfaces, offering flexibility on site.

Advantages

This extra-grip bonding agent contains a fine aggregate that enhances the render key and improves long-term adhesion. It is waterproof once cured and suitable for use in a wide range of conditions. Everbuild 507 Rendagrip has a viscosity range of approximately 15,000–50,000 cP at 23°C, a minimum film-forming temperature of around 5°C, and a bond strength of 3.2 N/mm² (EN 13892-8). It also offers excellent high-temperature stability, remaining stable after 4 weeks at 50°C.
