What's Included in the Kit?

The Deanta Delphi Mortice Kit contains the following components:

• 2 Delphi door handles in the selected finish
• 3 stainless steel hinges tested to BS EN 1935
• 1 three-lever mortice sash lock in satin nickel, measuring 2.5 inches (63.5mm), with a square faceplate measuring 150 × 21mm
• 1 pair of round escutcheons measuring 50mm in diameter, in the selected finish

The handles create a coordinated appearance on both sides of the door, while the mortice sash lock provides a practical locking solution. The matching round escutcheons give the keyhole area a neat, finished look, and the stainless steel hinges support smooth door movement. Check that the lock dimensions and supplied fittings are suitable for your door before installation.

The Deanta Delphi Mortice Kit is available in two hinge configurations.

• 102 × 76 × 3mm – FD30 Fire Rated: Available in Matt Antique Brass, Matt Black, Matt Satin Black Nickel and Satin Nickel. This variant is specified for FD30 fire-rated applications. Additional intumescent protection may be required for certain hardware items, so check the relevant fire certification and manufacturer's installation instructions before fitting.
• 76 × 50 × 2mm – Non-Fire Rated: Available in Matt Antique Brass, Matt Black, Matt Satin Black Nickel and Satin Nickel. This variant is intended for non-fire-rated door installations.

Both hinge options are available in all four finishes. Select the combination that matches your door specifications and intended use. For fire-rated applications, the complete door assembly must meet the relevant certification requirements, including compatibility between the door, hinges, lock, escutcheons and any required intumescent protection.
