Deanta Acoustic Single Door Set

Deanta Acoustic Single Door Set

The Deanta Acoustic Single Door Set is designed to improve door sealing and help create a more comfortable, quieter indoor environment. Combining a Lorient automatic drop seal with Lorient Batwing seals, this set helps reduce sound transmission and limit unwanted draughts, light and insects entering through gaps around and beneath a door. It is suitable for compatible single-leaf and double-leaf door applications, making it a practical choice for a range of residential and commercial interiors.

Improved Acoustic Sealing and Everyday Comfort

Unwanted noise and draughts can affect comfort and privacy within a building. The Deanta Acoustic Single Door Set helps address these issues by sealing gaps beneath and around the door when correctly installed. The automatic drop seal lowers when the door closes and lifts clear of the floor when opened, while the Batwing seals help provide a barrier around the door edges. Together, these components help reduce sound transmission and restrict the entry of light, draughts and insects.

What Is Included in the Set?

Each Deanta Acoustic Single Door Set includes the following components:

• Lorient Drop Seal: Available in 735mm, 835mm or 935mm to suit the required door width.
• Lorient Batwing Seal: Two lengths of 2.1m and one length of 1m to help seal gaps around the door.

The combination of an automatic bottom seal and perimeter sealing helps provide a more complete sealing solution. Check the manufacturer's fitting instructions to ensure the components are positioned correctly and are compatible with your door and frame.

Available Drop Seal Sizes

The Deanta Acoustic Single Door Set is available with three Lorient Drop Seal sizes:

• 735mm
• 835mm
• 935mm

Measure the width of your door carefully before ordering to select the appropriate drop seal length. The Batwing Seal pack contents remain the same across these size options.

Compatibility and Installation

This set is suitable for compatible single-leaf and double-leaf doors. It can also be used with fire-rated doors as part of a fully tested system, provided the complete assembly is approved for the intended application and installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. For fire-rated installations, confirm that all components are suitable for the specific door system and its required performance.

A Practical Door-Sealing Solution

With an automatic drop seal and Batwing perimeter seals supplied together, the Deanta Acoustic Single Door Set offers a convenient way to improve the sealing performance of a compatible door. Its choice of three drop seal sizes makes it easier to match the set to different door widths, helping support a quieter and more comfortable indoor space.
