The yellow edging provides a clear visual indication of the designated walkway, helping to distinguish safe access areas from the surrounding roof surface.

Durable and Slip-Resistant Construction

Roofway tiles are manufactured from recycled rubber granulate with yellow EPDM rubber edges. The porous rubber construction allows water to drain through the matting, helping prevent water from collecting on the walkway. The yellow edges are made exclusively from EPDM rubber, which provides improved resistance to fading and discolouration. This helps the walkway retain its distinctive yellow appearance over time.

Secure Interlocking Installation

Roofway Tiles are supplied with interlocking pins to help connect adjoining tiles during installation. For installations in more exposed locations, the tiles can also be adhered to the roof using Castle Composites 2435 PU Adhesive for additional stability. The tiles can be cut on site using a craft knife or fine-toothed saw, making it easier to create a walkway that follows the layout and requirements of the roof.

Roofway is available in straight, corner and T-piece configurations, providing flexibility when creating different walkway layouts. These options make it possible to form continuous routes around corners and intersections without relying solely on straight sections.
