Product Information

Wienerberger Dewhurst Orange Multi Stock Facing Brick

The Dewhurst Orange Multi is a soft-mud stock facing brick with warm orange and multi tones. Its lightly textured finish and natural variation make it well suited to both traditional and contemporary projects. As with all clay bricks, colour variation is expected, so mixing bricks from at least three packs on site helps achieve a consistent overall appearance. With reliable frost resistance, moderate strength, and a higher absorption level typical of stock bricks, this product offers character and dependable performance when installed with correct detailing.

Description & Usage Notes

Manufactured using the traditional soft-mud process, this stock brick offers an attractive handmade appearance with an orange / multi colour blend. It is designed for facing use rather than heavy structural applications, but provides good performance for external walls when detailing is correctly managed. With absorption up to 18% and compressive strength of ? 21 N/mm², it suits most UK building conditions when paired with proper cavity design, flashing, drainage, and mortar selection. Its F2 durability rating ensures frost resistance in typical exposures. For the best finish, always blend bricks from multiple packs during laying. A sample panel or mock-up is recommended before full order placement to confirm tone and surface finish.
