For additional protection, the shower features a factory-set maximum temperature of 46°C with an override button. The maximum temperature can also be adjusted on site to suit individual installation conditions. Thermostatic shutdown operates within 2 seconds, helping provide added peace of mind for every member of the household.

Powerful Performance at Low Pressure

Mira Magni-flo™ technology is designed to deliver up to three times more flow, even at low water pressure. The Mira Excel is suitable for all water systems and pressures, making it a versatile option for different types of bathroom installations. The shower is suitable for cold water temperatures of up to 25°C and hot water temperatures between 55°C and 65°C. It can operate from a minimum maintained pressure of 0.1 bar (1 metre head), with a maximum maintained pressure of 5.0 bar (50 metre head) and maximum static pressure of 10.0 bar (100 metre head).

Reversed inlet supplies are supported, providing useful flexibility when replacing an existing mixer shower where the hot and cold pipework is reversed.
