Mira Element Exposed Valve Only
The Mira Element Exposed Valve Only combines a sleek, refined design with reliable thermostatic performance and simple operation. Its slimline valve creates a clean, uncluttered appearance that suits both contemporary and family bathrooms, while the single control makes everyday showering easy to manage.
Simple Single-Control Operation
The Mira Element features one convenient control for switching the shower on and off while adjusting the temperature. This straightforward design keeps the controls simple and intuitive, making it easy for the whole family to use.
The valve is supplied on its own, allowing you to choose your own compatible shower fittings to create a shower setup that suits your bathroom and personal preferences.
Safe and Consistent Temperature Control
Thermostatic temperature control helps maintain a comfortable and consistent shower temperature, providing added reassurance during everyday use. Thermostatic shutdown operates within 2 seconds, while the maximum temperature can be adjusted to suit on-site conditions.
The unit is factory set to a maximum temperature of 41°C and is TMV2 approved, providing reliable temperature management when correctly installed, maintained and used.
Powerful Performance at Low Pressure
Mira Magni-flo technology is designed to deliver up to three times more flow, even when water pressure is low. The Mira Element works across a wide range of water systems and pressures, making it a versatile option for different bathroom installations.
The valve supports cold water temperatures up to 25°C and hot water temperatures between 60°C and 65°C. It operates from a minimum maintained pressure of 0.1 bar (1 metre head), with a maximum maintained pressure of 5.0 bar (50 metre head) and maximum static pressure of 10.0 bar (100 metre head).
Flexible Installation
The Mira Element Exposed Valve Only offers flexible installation options, with rising, falling or rear water entry. It uses 15mm compression inlet connections and provides a choice of ½" BSP male flat-face or 15mm compression outlet connections.
With 153mm pipe centres and support for reversed inlet supplies, the valve can be a practical choice when replacing or upgrading an existing mixer shower.
Installation is made easier with the nut and olive connection system. Reversed inlet supplies can be accommodated by rotating the cartridge inside the valve body.
Easy Maintenance and Servicing
The valve is designed with convenient maintenance in mind. Easily replaceable pull-out filters at the inlets work alongside an integrated filter within the cartridge body to help prevent blockages and support the long-term performance of the valve.
The patented Easy Clip system makes cartridge replacement more straightforward and helps prevent damage during servicing, making future maintenance easier for installers.
