All of these supplied Excel variants feature a pre-finished Oak surface and solid engineered core. The 35mm versions have an 8mm long-edge lipping allowance and can be trimmed by up to 3mm from both the short and long edges. The 40mm versions also have 8mm long-edge lipping and the same 3mm trimming allowance.

Additional Sizes and Fire-Rated Options

The wider Oak Flush range also includes 44mm versions, including sizes from 1981 x 533mm up to 1981 x 838mm, along with 2040mm-high options from 626mm to 926mm wide. These 44mm versions are listed with a 30-minute fire rating, providing an option where additional fire performance is required. The 44mm doors feature 8mm long-edge lipping and allow up to 5mm of trimming from both the short and long edges. As with the Excel variants, they are supplied pre-finished and constructed with a solid engineered core.
