EVERBUILD EVERFLEX 700T Silicone Foil Pack

EVERBUILD® EVERFLEX® 700T Silicone Foil Pack is a high-performance, multi-purpose silicone sealant supplied in a larger 600ml foil pack for high-volume and professional applications. It offers the same reliable sealing and weatherproofing performance as the cartridge version, with the added benefit of reduced packaging waste.

Usage

EVERFLEX® 700T Foil Pack is ideal for perimeter pointing around PVCu, timber, and other window frames, both internally and externally. It can also be used for sealing and bonding PVCu trims, plastic components, and expansion joints where movement accommodation is required. The sealant is suitable for weather and joint sealing to pre-formed panels, sealing soft metals such as lead, copper, and zinc, and for general draughtproofing. It is also well suited to parapet and roof weather sealing applications.

Advantages

This silicone sealant delivers excellent adhesion to most common building materials, including glass, metals, plastics, and wood. Its low dirt pick-up makes it particularly suitable for PVCu installations, helping to maintain a clean, professional finish. EVERFLEX® 700T offers good external weathering properties and is suitable for use on polycarbonate. The foil pack format produces less packaging waste than traditional cartridges, making it a more environmentally considerate option. The sealant has a shrinkage of less than 10% (ISO 10563), can be applied in temperatures between +5°C and +40°C, and achieves an elongation at break of greater than 200% (ISO 8339).
