Each plank combines a rigid SPC core containing 50% stone content with a deeply embossed wood grain and micro-bevelled edges. This creates a convincing timber-inspired appearance while providing the stability and practical performance expected from modern rigid-core flooring.

Quick and Easy Click Installation

The Premium Click Plus system is designed for straightforward floating installation without adhesive. The drop-lock mechanism engages at the short ends, allowing the planks to be fitted efficiently without the need for glue. Once the floor has been laid correctly, it can be walked on straight away, making it a convenient option for renovation projects and busy homes.

An integrated 1mm IXPE underlay is already attached to each plank, so there is no need to purchase or install a separate underlay. The built-in underlay also helps reduce impact sound, with the flooring achieving a 21dB impact sound reduction.

Durable and Waterproof Construction

These planks are built for everyday performance, featuring a 0.55mm wear layer and PU surface finish. The rigid SPC construction provides a durable foundation, while the deep embossed grain and micro-bevelled edges add definition and a realistic wood-floor appearance.

The flooring is 100% waterproof and has an R10 slip resistance rating and Bfl-S1 fire rating. It is rated Class 23 for heavy domestic use and Class 34 for heavy commercial use, making it suitable for demanding residential and commercial environments.

Suitable for Underfloor Heating

Premium Click Plus flooring can be used with compatible underfloor heating systems up to a maximum floor surface temperature of 27°C. Always ensure the underfloor heating system is operated in accordance with the flooring manufacturer's installation requirements.

Installation and Preparation

Before installation, the subfloor should be clean, dry with a relative humidity below 75% RH, and flat to within 3mm over a 2m span. The flooring should be acclimatised by storing the packs flat in the installation room for 48 hours at 18–21°C.

Allow a 5mm expansion gap around walls and fitted units. For runs longer than 8m and across doorways, a 10mm expansion joint is required. The long edges are angled into the click joint, while the short ends are tapped down with a rubber mallet to engage the drop-lock mechanism.

For a balanced and secure installation, end joints should be staggered by at least one-third of a plank. Once fitted, expansion gaps can be concealed with Luvanto Finishing Strips or Scotia beading. Filler should not be used to cover the required expansion gaps.
