Versatile Stone Tile Design

For a balanced checkerboard design, the flooring can be set out from the centre of the room so that the cut tiles around the edges are kept as even as possible.

Glue-Down Installation
Luvanto Design is a dryback, glue-down flooring system and should be professionally installed to BS8203 using Luvanto Universal or High Temperature Adhesive. For the best results, the subfloor needs to be smooth, clean, dry and suitably flat, with a moisture reading below 75% RH and no more than 3mm variation over a 2m span.
Most mineral subfloors will normally require appropriate preparation, such as primer and smoothing compound, while timber floors should be overlaid with plywood before installation. The flooring should be unpacked and stacked flat in the room for 48 hours at 18 to 21°C, or for 72 hours if it has been stored in colder conditions.
Suitable for Underfloor Heating
These Luvanto Design tiles are suitable for use with underfloor heating, up to a maximum floor surface temperature of 27°C. Underfloor heating should be switched off for 48 hours before fitting, kept off during installation and remain off for 48 hours afterwards to help the flooring settle correctly.
Durable and Waterproof Flooring
With a 2.5mm thickness and 0.55mm wear layer, these LVT tiles are designed to withstand everyday use. They are rated Class 23 for heavy domestic applications and Class 33 for heavy commercial use, making them suitable for both busy homes and commercial interiors.
The tiles are 100% waterproof and have an R10 slip resistance rating, making them a practical choice for areas where moisture and regular foot traffic are common. A PU surface treatment, Bfl-S1 fire rating and A+ VOC emission rating provide additional performance benefits.
